Payment Options

We are happy to accept payment either through wire transfer, credit card, and drafts. We will also accept Interac e-transfer or cash in-person for certain smaller orders. Payment details will be provided upon receiving your order. All products must be prepaid before order confirmation and shipping.

Placing an Order

Currently, we do not offer the option of purchasing online. The product pages that you see here are primarily for your information. All products displayed are available for pre-order. If you would like to place an order, please send all inquiries to sales@epicluxurytech.com or call 778-655-2255. A representative will contact you within two business days to discuss your inquiries and to help you place an order.

 

Once you have placed your order, we will be following up with three emails.

 

1. Order Received

This is sent immediately after you place your order and is meant to serve as both a final check on what products you want and as an invoice. In this invoice, you will also receive an estimate on shipping costs.

 

2. Payment Confirmation

This is sent after we have received your payment. It will include a receipt of your payment.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation

This is sent when your order has been shipped. This will not include a tracking number. This is because the majority of these products are custom-ordered from Bang & Olufsen headquarters in Denmark, which means that there will be several handovers between shipping companies and a new tracking number is generated every time the product is handed over to the next shipping company. To keep things simple for you, we will be following up on every shipment for you. If you would like to check on the status of a shipment, please let us know and we will make sure to update you.

Shipping

Shipping costs will vary significantly from product to product. This is because we not only have to take into account the distance between our warehouses and your delivery location, we also have to account for things like weight and size. Some products, like a Bluetooth speaker, are going to be a much more straightforward delivery than a set of speakers weight over three-hundred pounds. When you receive your order, you will also receive a shipping estimate.

 

At this time, we regretfully inform you that we are unable to offer expedited shipping but we are working to add this feature.

 

We have separated our products into two categories when it comes to shipping – products that require installation or setup and products that do not. For a more complete understanding of why certain products require additional services and others do not, reach out to our representative through sales@epicluxurytech.com or 778-655-2255. We are happy to walk you through the entire install process for whatever product you wish to know more about.

 

Installation Required

For Bang & Olufsen products that require installation or set up, such as the TVs or large speakers, they will be shipped directly to the place that you are looking to set them up in. These items require careful handling, so it is advisable to allow us to carry out all the handling. We will coordinate the delivery with you so that it arrives at a time that fits your schedule. Our representative will also be there to handle the actual inspection and receiving of the products. 

 

Installation Not Required

For Bang & Olufsen products that do not require installation and B&O Play products, such as portable speakers, you can choose to either have them delivered directly to you or have them available for pickup at our offices. If you choose to pick them up from our offices, then there will be no shipping fee.

 

Installation or Setup

Epic Luxury will carry out all the required installation for your Bang & Olufsen products, from start to finish. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure that the end result is something that suits you completely. Sometimes, your installation can be as simple as setting up the products or it can include additional construction work. Whatever your needs are, we will provide the service and make sure you fully understand the entire process.

 

Post-Install Service

After your beautiful new Bang & Olufsen equipment is set up, you can choose to make use of a thirty-minute training session with us, free of charge and scheduled according to your time. We want to make sure that you are comfortable with making use of all the features that Bang & Olufsen has to offer.

Warranty

All Bang & Olufsen products carry a guarantee against defects in workmanship and materials for three years from the date of received delivery. Please refer to the following document for more information:
